Job summary

Maples Group is hiring in Manila to support NAV preparation and fund setup activities. The role requires meticulous data management, strong communication with clients and internal teams, and collaboration with external managers and auditors.

You will work onsite initially with onboarding, then transition to a hybrid model combining two remote days and three onsite days. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and have a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, self-starter and detail-oriented.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Team player with good time management and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Preparing NAV packages of low to medium complexity in line with MaplesFS policies.
• Ensure the proprietary database is updated with accurate data at client take-on.
• Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers, and custodians for transaction processing and NAV prep.
• Coordinate with auditors to provide information and respond to queries.
• Data entry for new client and fund setups; data management for closures and terminations.
• Liaise with global Maples group functions to ensure timely service delivery.
• Process fees in the billing system and prepare invoices; monthly revenue accruals.
• Retrieve data and perform data analysis for management/client reporting.
• Prepare management reporting including KPIs, AR, profitability.

About Your New Role

Core Duties:

• Preparing low to medium complexity NAV packages in accordance with MaplesFS policies and procedures;
• Ensure the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take-on point of the client;
• Liaison with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relations to trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation, if required;
• Liaison with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries, if required;
• Data entry for new client and fund setups
• Data management for fund closures and client terminations
• Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring the company’s services are delivered timely and accurately
• Fee processing management – including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices
• Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports
• Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting
• Preparation of Management Reporting including but not limited to KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management reporting as required.

About You

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
