Job summary

MicroSourcing, in partnership with the Maples Group, is expanding operations in Manila and seeking an Associate, Fund Accounting in Taguig. The role involves NAV package preparation, client onboarding data work, and coordination with global teams.

You will support audits, manage revenue processes, and generate management reports. The role offers a hybrid work model with day shifts, requiring strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer/Technology.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with a couple of years of relevant experience (Level 1 / Associate 1).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Tables).
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• NAV Package Preparation: Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per MaplesFS policies.
• Database & Client Take-On: Ensure data entry for new client/fund setups and terminations is accurate.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with investment managers, prime brokers, and custodians on activities and NAV prep.
• Audit Support: Provide information to auditors and respond to audit queries.
• Global Collaboration: Work with functions across Maples Group offices to deliver timely services.
• Fee & Revenue Management: Process fees, prepare invoices, and manage monthly revenue accruals.
• Management Reporting: Retrieve and prepare KPI, AR, profitability, and other client reports.
