Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar.
• At least 5 years experience in HR Management, preferably supporting front line or operational teams.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations, workforce planning and HR program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations for front-line employees, ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with line managers to address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a timely and consistent manner.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
