Job summary

IONOS, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Cebu City to support frontline teams. You will partner with front-line leaders to implement HR policies, drive employee engagement, and align HR programs with business objectives.

The role covers HR operations, compliance, talent management, workforce planning, and performance management, with a focus on data privacy, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar.
• At least 5 years experience in HR management, preferably supporting frontline or operational teams.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations, workforce planning and HR program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations for frontline staff, ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate HR records with confidentiality and data integrity.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for frontline roles.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Assist change management and HR system implementations.
