Job summary

Growsari, a tech-enabled B2B platform in the Philippines, is hiring a Category Manager to lead a small team and own the commercial relationship with FMCG partners. You will negotiate trade terms, drive category growth, and oversee activations and account operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills to optimize pricing, terms, and performance, with a focus on JBPs and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/KAM or trade-term discussions with retail partners.
• Team leadership experience directing junior staff.
• Analytics-driven with ability to build a negotiation case using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a category/account team to hit targets.
• Own trade term agreements, margins, and pricing with FMCG partners.
• Drive portfolio growth through assortment strategy and pricing optimization.
• Create JBPs with partners tied to KPIs like Active Buying Stores and Basket Size.
• Oversee promotions, in-app placements, merchandising, and agent education programs.
• Present Growsari's platform capabilities to prospective FMCG partners.
