Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fintech/tech environments with a track record of delivering results.
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Execution-driven, practical approach to turning solutions into business impact.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a high-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Restructure analytics tables to ensure consistency and fast retrieval across the firm.
• Diagnose issues in the sales funnel and collaborate with the sales team to improve processes, including AI-automated solutions where possible.
• Build a churn-prediction model to pre-emptively engage customers at critical points.
• Conduct price elasticity analyses and design experiments to test hypotheses.
• Automate weekly and monthly reporting to surface insights and show the impact.
