Job summary

FinOps Weekly in Pasig, Philippines, seeks a Lead Logistics FinOps and Disputes Team Lead to guide a specialist team delivering accurate invoicing across end-to-end Lead Logistics services.

You will drive performance, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with CX, CPMs, FPOs, and other GSC groups to ensure service quality and aligned KPIs, while supporting transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SCM operational and FinOps processes.
• Experience managing FinOps and Disputes operations.
• Proven ability to monitor and improve performance using health and operational metrics.
• Experience supporting L&D initiatives and applying learnings in operations.

Responsibilities

• Set clear goals and expectations to drive performance and accountability.
• Build a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous development.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to support KPI delivery.
• Oversee FinOps operations and ensure service standards are met.
• Act as the escalation point for service issues and lead resolution with stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect service delivery.
• Collaborate with CX, CPMs, FPOs, and other GSC teams.
• Participate in cross-functional customer teams to support alignment and shared accountability.
• Document, maintain, and govern area-level processes for FinOps products.
• Streamline downstream FinOps processes to support SCM and joint KPI delivery.
• Ensure consistent process execution across clients.
• Champion The Maersk Way principles in team behavior and decision-making.
