Job summary

Maersk invites applications for a dispute/finance focused role based in Pasig City. You will maintain daily allocation logs, plan rosters, and prepare productivity reports while coordinating with front office to resolve customer disputes with efficiency and quality.

You will work closely with LOC to address equipment concerns and uphold operational procedures. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dispute/finance experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong MS Office skills along

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Excellent Spanish and English communication skills.
At least 2 years work experience in Dispute/Finance.
Technical skills: S4-GCSS, RKEM, AFLS and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Maintains a daily work allocation log.
Allocates work assignments, roster planning and prepares team productivity reports.
Monitors and reports on standard and performance parameters.
Coordinates with front office and resolves disputes with customer service and sales.
Coaches staff and builds a high-performing team through feedback and goal setting.
Addresses equipment concerns with LOC team and ensures operational procedures are followed.
