Job summary

FinOps Weekly is seeking an Air Operations & FinOps Specialist to handle end-to-end air export/import processes and the associated financial operations. You will manage bookings, documentation, invoicing, and cost/revenue tracking while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and tariffs.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 2+ years in related operations and FinOps, and strong English communication. This is a site-based position in the Philippines with night shifts and weekend work as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a 4-year program is required.
• 2+ years of end-to-end air ops and FinOps experience in shipping or logistics.
• Strong written and verbal English communications; able to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end air operations from booking to closure per SOPs and SLAs.
• Manage air finOps tasks: create SO/PO, invoicing, revenue recognition, and cost accruals.
• Maintain trackers, reconcile system data, and support audits.
