• Coordinates with front office and resolves disputes with customer service and sales.
• Maintains a positive relationship while coaching staff and setting goals.
• Researches and recommends best practices to address gaps.
• Ensures staff is focused on customer service.
• Performs data analyst specialist role to address improvement areas.
