Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Logistics Finance Sub-Lead to oversee end-to-end validation of 3PL claims, billing disputes, and payment settlements.

You will bridge Logistics Operations and Finance, ensuring accurate settlements, minimizing exposure, and driving process improvements across the claims lifecycle. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and Regional teams to strengthen controls and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Logistics Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or related field.
• Experience handling claims, disputes, billing validation, payment reconciliation, or financial operations in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with 3PLs or external vendors is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Product, or Regional teams.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements, automation, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS; Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end validation and reconciliation of 3PL claims, billing disputes, and payment settlements.
• Drive timely resolution of complex operational and financial disputes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Partner with Logistics, Finance (AP/AR), Customer Service, Fraud, Product, and Regional teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Own governance of claims and billing processes by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and controls.
• Analyze claims, billing, and payment trends to identify risks and opportunities to reduce write-offs and leakage.
• Design and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardized validation frameworks.
• Build dashboards and reporting for management on claims performance, financial exposure, and operational health.
• Support Team Lead in driving operational excellence and stakeholder management.
