Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional for Laguna field operations. The role focuses on driving consumer engagement, brand awareness, and effective distribution across the district.

You will oversee commercial activities, plan routes, and coordinate with retail/wholesale partners to achieve growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The position requires travel and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Business and Marketing.
• Valid driver's license for at least 1 year and ability to drive manual transmission.
• 3–5 years of management experience in field sales or related roles.
• Field sales exposure in consumer goods is an advantage.
• Relevant sales/marketing projects or initiatives.
• Extensive field experience in consumer goods companies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the deployment and excellence of all commercial activities and engagement of retail and wholesale in the assigned territory.
• Identify locations to conduct consumer engagement and deploy brand awareness.
• Support the sales team for distribution of newly launched brands in the territory.
• Ensure stock management training for retail and wholesale.
• Set trade program activities and foster loyalty through an advocacy program.
• Lead route plan development to optimize coverage and engagement.
• Consolidate feedback and advise on trade program execution and promotions.
• Ensure field activities comply with company policies and local laws.
