Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to support our Cauayan Sales Office. You will drive strategy execution, coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, and monitor activation KPIs to ensure execution excellence across channels.

You bring a bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal and planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Field sales exposure and a valid PH driver's license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination: Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
