Philip Morris International is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and supervise commercial activities in Laguna. The role focuses on engaging retailers and wholesalers, driving brand activation, and supporting the launch of new brands in the territory.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of management experience in field sales, a valid driver’s license, and a 4-year degree in business or marketing. Expect a field-heavy schedule and opportunities to influence retail strategy.

• 3–5 years management experience in field sales.
• Experience engaging customers and driving brand activation.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise deployment of commercial activities and engagement of retail/wholesale in the assigned territory.
• Identify locations for Consumer Engagement and brand awareness activities.
• Support sales team in distributing newly launched brands in the territory.
• Ensure stock management training for retail and wholesale teams.
• Plan and execute trade programs to drive loyalty and advocacy in the district.
• Lead route planning to optimize coverage and consumer engagement.
• Consolidate feedback and advise on trade program execution and promotions.
• Adhere to company policies and local laws in field activities.
