You will provide field sales leadership, implement strong sales plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet territory targets in a fast-paced market environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in distribution management, field sales, territory development, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of General Trade channels, distributor operations, and market expansion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead field sales teams and manage distributor performance.
• Strong sales planning, execution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse market information and translate insights into practical growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with distributors and cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented approach with the ability to manage priorities across an assigned territory.
