Green Asian Food Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and ensure strong in-market execution across channels in Cebu.

You will support distributors, lead field sales teams, optimize product availability and merchandising, and translate strategic plans into actionable programs that boost sell-out.

This role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with trade partners, and a data-driven approach to identify market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory
• Partner closely with distributors to strengthen sell-out execution, improve throughput, and maximize off-take at outlet level
• Manage and develop distributor partnerships to ensure efficient operations and market coverage
• Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams to ensure high performance and execution excellence
• Implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and channel strategies effectively to accelerate sell-out
• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising across outlets to drive consumer purchase
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify sell-out growth opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock issues and support continuous sell-out
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and trade partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and trade guidelines
