Stretch Distribution Inc. is seeking a Distributor Sales Representative to drive sales growth across an assigned territory in the Philippines.

You will expand market coverage, maintain relationships with retail accounts, sari-sari stores, minimarts, and wholesalers, and ensure target distribution and product availability. You will conduct regular visits, onboard new accounts, promote promotions, and manage collections while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets in a fast-paced field

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, van sales, or commercial distribution.
Valid driver's license with appropriate restriction codes for operating motorcycle or light commercial delivery vehicle (if required for field coverage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic numerical proficiency and familiarity with mobile sales order apps/handheld devices.
Good knowledge of local geography and route planning within the assigned region.
High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Mansioni

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned product lines and territories.
Conduct regular coverage visits to existing retail stores, sari-sari stores, minimarts, and wholesale accounts.
Identify and onboard new customer accounts to expand territory coverage and market reach.
Present product features, promotions, and new product launches effectively to maximize order volume.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising standards at the store level.
Execute trade marketing promotions, point-of-sale display setup, and stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out) to minimize product expiry.
Conduct regular inventory checks at customer outlets to prevent stock-outs and suggest ideal reorder quantities.
Monitor account credit limits, collect payments (cash/checks), and remit collections accurately and promptly according to company policy.
Submit accurate daily sales activity reports, booking orders, and collection summaries.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and market trends, providing timely feedback to management.
