Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Representative in Metro Manila to present and promote its products to customers and close sales.

You will establish strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, canvass new areas, and coordinate with branches and departments. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, at least 2 years of sales experience, and excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote the company’s products and services to potential customers and close sales.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• canvassing assigned areas or territories to present products.
• Assist management in identifying variable marketing.
• Coordinate sales effort with the assigned branch and other departments.
• Complete regular sales reports detailing sales made.
• Prepare a Daily Sales Report (DSR) and other reports for supervisor review.
• Prepare per day Daily Collection Report (DCR) with attached documents.
• Prepare and submit Weekly Expenses Report (WER) using standard forms.
• Regularly call on outlets and sell products in accordance with Basic Call Procedures.
• Emphasize stock rotation, proper storage and careful handling techniques.
• Explain company policies on pricing and credit arrangements.
• Keep area sales statistics and merchandise stocks on shelves.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts.
• Adhere to company policies and remit collections to banks within timeline.
