Job summary

Trinitas Food Corporation is seeking a capable marketing and sales-oriented professional to drive strategies for our food manufacturing division. The role collaborates with sales, technical, and operations teams to grow the customer base and revenue across the assigned territory in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will manage campaigns, generate leads, and provide content to support sales efforts while coaching team members toward achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related
• 3-5 years in Kitchen Equipment Sales, Product Marketing or related field
• Strong sales planning, drive for results, customer focus, and coaching a sales team
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategies for the Food Manufacturing territory
• Plans and implements Business Development activities to grow the customer network and revenues
• Collaborates with Technical and Operations to achieve revenue goals
• Generates marketing resources and runs campaigns to assist sales teams
• Acts as regional coordination point with Head Office and support groups
• Ensures implementation of Marketing and Sales programs and promotions
• Coaches direct reports for goal attainment and growth
