Job summary

WSP Manila seeks a Senior Facilities Specialist to lead day-to-day workplace and facility services, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations for the office. You will coordinate with the Workplace Administration team, building management, and external providers to maintain high standards of service.

You will supervise staff, manage space planning, and oversee vendor performance while supporting budgeting, leasing decisions, and office expansion as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Experience leading workplace and facility management teams in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workplace and facility services to keep office safe, compliant, and well maintained.
• Supervise staff and outsourced providers; coordinate with building management and vendors.
• Manage space utilization, desk planning, and office fit-out projects; support leasing and budgeting decisions.
