Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Facilities & Admin Senior Manager to lead the Facilities & Admin team across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will drive operations excellence, oversee maintenance, vendor management, and workplace experience to ensure a safe, productive environment.

You will work with Finance and People & Partnerships to meet KPIs, cost-saving targets, and regulatory compliance requirements (PEZA, BOI, LGU). Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience managing Facilities and Administration teams.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Facilities & Admin Leads/Managers and their extended teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, service transformation, and operational excellence across all sites.
• Oversee overall site maintenance, workplace experience, and employee comfort to ensure a high-standard work environment.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations (PEZA, BOI, DOE, BFP, LGU, DENR), health and safety standards, and client requirements.
• Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and contract performance to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance and People & Partnerships.
• Oversee building inspections and repair activities to ensure critical equipment uptime and proactive problem prevention.
• Achieve departmental KPIs and scorecard targets while driving cost-saving initiatives.
