Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator in Muntinlupa, Philippines to lead day-to-day facility operations and service requests. You will coordinate CMMS workflows, supervise vendors, and mentor junior staff to ensure safety, quality and efficiency across the site.

The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field with at least five years in facilities coordination or admin roles, and proficiency with CMMS tools and office software.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities coordination, admin or customer service in corporate settings.
• Hands-on CMMS/work order experience (Corrigo/ServiceNow/Maximo).
• Strong organization, time management and multitasking with escalation handling.
• Proficiency with Google/ MS Office for data tracking and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end facility work orders and service requests in CMMS; meet SLAs.
• Lead maintenance coordination, site access and contractor activities.
• Serve as escalation point for facilities inquiries with professional communication.
• Monitor vendor performance, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Support financial tracking, accruals review, and invoice verification.
• Conduct site walkthroughs, space management, and minor office moves.
