Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in facilities coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office and CMMS familiarity.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and track facilities work orders and service requests using CMMS, with accurate records.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance, vendor visits, and contractor access to minimize disruption.
• Respond to inquiries from occupants, clients, and vendors with helpful information.
• Maintain organized records of maintenance, contracts, compliance docs, and systems data.
• Assist with routine inspections and audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Help coordinate meeting room setups and space configurations for client needs.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Support a collaborative, customer-focused facilities team environment.
