New World Makati Hotel is seeking an experienced Event Manager to develop potential clients through research, telemarketing and sales calls, and to manage existing banquet clients with a focus on selling F&B packages to meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Event Manager experience, strong client relationships, and excellent interpersonal skills; the role requires collaboration, organization, and fast work pace in a dynamic hotel environment in Makati.

• At least 5 years of experience as Event Manager.

Mansioni

• Develop potential clients through research, telemarketing and/or sales calls.
• Manage existing banquet clients and proposals to generate revenue and meet targets.
• Follow up leads and submitted proposals and conduct site inspections/food tastings when necessary.
• Execute the plans and programs detailed in the marketing plan.
• Comply with company policies and work within budgetary limits.
• Motivate and develop team members and maintain confidentiality of documents.
• Model the Company’s culture at all times and take on other tasks as required.
