Winford Manila Resort and Casino in Metro Manila invites an experienced Sales professional to lead banquet and events sales. This full-time role focuses on generating leads, presenting event packages, and closing bookings within approved guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hotel or banquet sales experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of banquet, hotel, or events sales experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into room and banquet/function room bookings.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Maintain updated client and booking records.
• Ensure pricing guidelines, policies, and sales standards are followed.
• Coordinate post-booking requirements with internal departments.
• Handle client inquiries and conduct site inspections.
• Present room offerings, function rooms, and event packages.
• Negotiate rates within approved guidelines.
• Achieve assigned booking and revenue targets.
• Update client and booking records in database.
• Resolve client concerns and elevate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and Sales Admin.
• Collaborate with internal teams for booking and event requirements.
• Support team initiatives and shared sales goals.
• Attend regular team and departmental meetings.
• Work within allocated budget; aim to exceed target.
• Perform any other related duties as requested by the Management.
