Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a results-driven Partner Sales Manager to lead the enterprise partner strategy in the Philippines, building relationships with partners and solution providers to drive new customer launches for enterprise customers.

You will engage CXO-level and technical stakeholders, shape business value propositions, and guide partner programs from qualification to closure, collaborating across sales, marketing, legal and support to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

Extensive sales, channels and/or business development experience.
Experience in Enterprise Selling as an Account Manager or overlay sales function.
Strong verbal and written communications skills; ability to engage CXO/VP level and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the Enterprise Philippines partner strategy and pipeline to contribute to revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans with internal stakeholders.
Educate and enable partners to articulate AWS value propositions and drive customer launches.
Manage complex contract negotiations and build long-term strategic partnerships.
