Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Partner Development Manager to shape and deliver a strategy that builds mind share and broad use of AWS services with a key regional partner network in the Philippines.

You will lead efforts to define and execute partner programs, build business and technical relationships, and collaborate with local Partner Development Managers to drive long-term opportunities in the region.

Qualifications

• Balance of sales and analytical background with channel and/or business development experience.
• Degree/MBA in relevant disciplines with at least ten years in software development tech companies.
• Extensive channel and alliance experience in Philippines.
• Strong verbal and written communications and ability to work cross-organizationally.
• Experience in Enterprise Selling as Account Manager or overlay sales function.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the ASEAN Partner Development team to drive the AWS partner strategy.
• Have a broad-based understanding of cloud technologies.
• Develop a group of committed partners and a plan to recruit, onboard, educate and measure them in the region.
• Develop and execute the strategic business development plan with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, legal, support).
• Work with partners to develop business value propositions for AWS solutions; educate and enable them.
• Establish the partner development pipeline.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior management on progress and blockers.
