Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud solution projects in our ProServe organization.

You will blend technical credibility with strong program management to drive successful AWS-based deployments, translating business needs into technical requirements and guiding cross-functional teams. You will validate solutions against business goals, manage risks, and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders while pursuing

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of business across organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guide technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions to align with customer outcomes.
Distill customer needs into technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
Decompose complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
Contribute to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
