Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Partner Development Manager to help shape and execute a regional partner strategy, build mind share and broad use of AWS services with key partners across ASEAN. The role blends business development with technical understanding to drive revenue and growth.

You will work with sales, marketing, legal, and support teams, recruit and onboard partners, educate them on AWS solutions, and prepare reviews for senior management.

Qualifications

• Balance of sales and analytical background with enterprise selling experience.
• Degree or MBA in relevant disciplines with 10+ years in software/tech.
• Extensive channel and alliance experience in the Philippines.
• Strong verbal and written communication across internal and external organizations.
• Experience as Account Manager or overlay sales.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the partner program in ASEAN.
• Develop and manage relationships with key partners.
• Build and measure partner recruitment, onboarding, and education.
• Develop strategic business plans with internal stakeholders.
• Present business reviews to senior management on progress and obstacles.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships aligned with market strategy.
