Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud migration and implementation projects within the ProServe team.

You will blend business goals with technical solutions, guide engineering discussions, and ensure customer outcomes align with AWS standards. You will manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build documentation while advancing Cloud Adoption Framework practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
• 7+ years leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements and Agile team coordination

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services, architectures, and best practices
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions to achieve customer outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping to business outcomes
