Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive account sales plan for key customers and distributors.
• Monitor customers and create strategies to outpace market growth.
• Evaluate performance and drive growth through monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Build and maintain a broad account base and stay informed on regional trends.
• Assist customers with samples, delivery timing, drawings, quality and credit issues.
• Identify new business opportunities and support product development as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
