Job summary

You should have 4–5 years’ experience in electronics, preferably with connectors, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Salary ranges PHP 75,000–100,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Recognized Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or any business-related discipline.
• Experience in the electronics industry.
• Experience in the connectors market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive account sales plan for the key customers and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Monitor activities of customers and create sustainable business strategies to meet growth ahead of market rates.
• Evaluate assigned customer’s performance and drive business growth objectives by performing monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Create and maintain a broad account base in assigned territory, and keep abreast of trends and developments in key accounts in the region.
• Assist customers by supplying information related to samples, delivery timing, drawings/specifications, quality issues, credit issues, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain Company's competitive position at assigned accounts.
• Assist in product development & customization to meet demand, if necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
