Job summary

ERL Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager for LISA Tech Philippines, a smart classroom and educational technology brand.

You will lead a small team of Sales Executives while maintaining personal quota, develop the sales pipeline, and drive relationships with institutional clients across the Philippines. You will report to the CEO and shape strategy, owning territory coverage and coaching the team to consistently achieve targets, with commissions and incentives aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years in field sales with 1–2 years in team lead capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Experience mentoring sales teams, formal or informal.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives to meet/exceed quotas.
• Carry a personal monthly sales quota while managing team.
• Own key accounts and build strategic client relationships.
• Conduct area visits and coaching to ensure territory coverage.
• Develop and refine sales strategy with the CEO and forecast performance.
