About the Role
LISA Tech Philippines is the smart classroom and educational technology brand of ERL Technology Solutions Inc. We equip K–12 schools and higher education institutions across the Philippines with the tools they need to modernize teaching and learning — from interactive display systems to full smart classroom deployments.
The Sales Manager is a critical hire for ERL. This is a player-coach role: you carry a personal sales quota while building, leading, and developing a small team of Sales Executives. You are not just a top performer who manages — you are someone who multiplies the team’s output by making everyone around you better, while continuing to close deals yourself.
You will report directly to the CEO and will be ERL’s most senior sales voice — shaping strategy, owning the pipeline, and holding the team accountable to results.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and seniority
Personal Commission: Performance-based commission on personally closed deals — uncapped
Team Override: Additional incentive tied to overall team sales performance
Other Benefits: Government-mandated benefits, field allowances, and professional development support
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently meet and exceed their individual and collective quotas
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with each Sales Executive to review pipeline health, remove blockers, and provide direct feedback
- Identify skill gaps in the team and implement targeted coaching, training, or performance improvement plans
- Recruit and onboard new Sales Executives as the team grows, in coordination with the CEO
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the sales team
Personal Sales Performance
- Carry and achieve a personal monthly sales quota alongside team management responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of key accounts and high-value institutional prospects that require senior-level relationship management
- Lead by example in the field — conduct client visits, present proposals, and close deals as a working member of the team
- Conduct regular area visits to accompany and observe Sales Executives in the field, providing on-the-ground coaching and ensuring consistent territory coverage across all assigned regions
- Develop sales opportunities through referrals, networking, field visits, cold outreach, and institutional procurement channels
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the CEO to set annual and quarterly sales targets, territory assignments, and revenue forecasts
- Develop and execute a territory coverage strategy that maximizes reach across K–12 and higher education institutions
- Analyze pipeline data, close rates, and activity metrics to identify patterns and course-correct early
- Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and market movements; recommend strategic responses to the CEO
- Identify and prioritize high-potential school networks, congregation-based institutions, and government procurement opportunities
Pipeline & CRM Discipline
- Ensure all Sales Executives maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot after every client interaction
- Review and validate team pipeline entries weekly; flag stale opportunities and enforce activity standards
- Maintain your own pipeline in HubSpot with the same discipline expected of the team
- Use pipeline data to produce reliable weekly and monthly forecasts for the CEO
Reporting & Coordination
- Submit a consolidated Weekly Sales Report covering team pipeline status, individual performance, and key developments
- Submit a Monthly Sales Review including actuals vs. targets (team and personal), forward projections, and recommended actions
- Lead the weekly sales team meeting — structured around pipeline review, not status updates
- Coordinate with the IT/Delivery team to ensure smooth client handover post-sale and timely resolution of delivery issues
- Represent the sales function in weekly management meetings with the CEO
