Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist 3 based onsite in Cebu City. You will serve as a senior escalation point, supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and collaboration tools, while mentoring junior teammates and maintaining knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT support or onsite IT role with senior/escalation responsibilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise desktop, laptop, printer, and endpoint environments.
• Familiar with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of endpoint management technologies including Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot, and hybrid setups.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
• Provide hands-on and remote end-user support to staff.
• Diagnose, resolve, and recover hardware and software issues, including cloud-managed devices.
• Manage service requests, software installations, endpoint deployments, Autopilot provisioning, and hardware refreshes.
• Own incidents and user requests through resolution, delivering against SLAs.
• Provide onsite and remote support for all employees, including VIPs and executives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor Desktop Support Specialists I and II; share expertise across the team.
• Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance across endpoints, printers, and AV equipment.
