Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide advanced triage and remote support for Windows and Mac environments. The role involves logging, tracking, and resolving issues via ITSM ticketing systems, maintaining documentation, and participating in system rollouts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years in a Service Desk setting, strong English communication, and a willingness to work in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years IT support experience.
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
Experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk and ITSM ticketing.
Experience with Windows and macOS

Responsibilities

Provide advanced triage and remote IT support for issues escalated by Tier1.
Document issues from entry to closure and communicate resolutions the same day.
Maintain internal helpdesk system, server maintenance, backups, and user credentials.
Adhere to SLA parameters and assist with project planning and rollout of new systems.
Coordinate user notifications of maintenance activities and update documentation.
