Job summary

Dexcom Philippines seeks an Applications Support Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, support, and optimization of our organization’s application systems. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of critical business applications.

You will manage day-time support, implement best practices, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive improvements and automation, while developing the team's skills in integration

Qualifications

Leadership experience in application support or IT operations.
Strong leadership, team management and mentoring abilities.
Solid knowledge of enterprise applications, including incident, change management.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-time support for all enterprise applications and resolve user inquiries.
Implement best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify system improvements.
Develop team skills in integration technologies and support processes.
Drive automation opportunities and continuous service improvements.
