• Provide advanced and next-level triage, troubleshooting for tickets escalated by Tier1, and remote assistance for issues with computers, peripherals, OS and web browsers.
• Document each issue and follow through from entry to closure with same-day user communication.
• Maintain and update the internal helpdesk system, SLA adherence, server maintenance, backups, and user credentials.
• Create, update, and review IT documentation and procedures; assist with project planning and deployment of new systems and security tests.
