Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Desktop Support Specialist 3 to serve as a senior escalation point for complex IT issues. You will repair, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment, and provide hands-on and remote end-user support across modern workplace technologies.

The role requires strong background in IT support, ServiceNow, and endpoint management, with mentoring responsibilities for junior staff. Onsite with occasional overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related IT support experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise desktops, laptops, printers, and endpoint environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience with modern endpoint management and hybrid environments (Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot).
• Experience supporting collaboration technologies such as Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.
• Provide hands-on and remote user support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including cloud-managed devices.
• Manage service requests, deployments, and hardware refresh activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
