Job summary

Qualifications

• HND level educated and/or 1+ years of relevant customer/technical support experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS X and major browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
• Experience supporting mobile apps (iOS/Android) and cloud-based reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide excellent customer service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Support patient inquiries, product/service concerns, and technical issues for Dexcom mobile apps and cloud software.
• Access and update patient accounts in computer-based systems; monitor procedures for compliance.
• Provide technical support and training to patients and healthcare providers.
• Respond to calls, forms, and emails with troubleshooting tips and instructions.
• Document and analyze information, send replacements, and perform follow-up per standards.
