Penbrothers is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions for our global client base. You will collaborate with Sales on pre-sales activities and act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, risk mitigation, and mentoring junior teammates, with opportunities to engage at industry events and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have proven customer-facing experience in professional services, technical, MSP, or software consulting.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, computer infrastructure, or software development.
• Strong Windows and Unix/Linux administration, core networking fundamentals, and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence decision-making with enterprise-level managers and engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on pre-sales activities.
