Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal & Solution Analyst to join our Center of Excellence and support a global sales organization. This role intersects proposal management, solution engineering, and sales to shape responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

You will work with Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and cybersecurity SMEs to deliver high-quality, accurate proposals while growing toward a Sales Engineer / Presales career path within cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and proposal tools such as Responsive.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and proposal management from kickoff to submission.
• Coordinate responses from SMEs and ensure compliance.
• Draft first-pass technical responses with the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to refine proposals.
• Support continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.
