Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity and networking solutions (pre-sales and/or post-sales).
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, VPNs and networking protocols.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Provide technical consultation and solution architecture for cybersecurity and networking projects.
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
• Deliver post-sales support including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring successful project delivery and ongoing technical support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies in cybersecurity and networking.
