Job summary

Emma Sleep GmbH seeks a Senior Customs Manager to own all customs-related processes across APAC markets. You will ensure import/export activities run smoothly, stay compliant, and keep the supply chain moving.

You will partner with internal teams and external service providers, report to the Senior Team Lead Customs, and coordinate with our global HQ in Frankfurt as well as Lisbon and Mexico offices.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Customs Manager to take full ownership of all customs‑related processes in our APAC markets. You’ll ensure that our import and export processes run smoothly, that we are always compliant, and that our supply chain flow functions without delays, working with and in a global team with our headquarter in Frankfurt and offices in Lisbon and Mexico.

At the same time, you act as a sparring partner for internal teams and our external service providers, reporting directly to our Senior Team Lead Customs.
