Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain and Logistics professional to join our APAC operations. You will plan and manage transports by air, sea, rail and truck, and coordinate with 3PL/4PL partners for B2B and B2C delivery.

Rely on your analytical mindset, strong communication, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment to improve KPIs and drive continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Relevant internship experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with quick grasp of tasks and problems.
• Independent, structured, process-oriented work style.
• Good English skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage transports by air, sea, rail and truck for the APAC Region.
• Work with 3PL/4PL and other logistics partners in the field of B2B & B2C.
• Understand and improve KPIs.
• Control and manage 3PL performance and costs.
• Identify process and system weaknesses and optimize them.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategic Procurement, Operational Procurement, S&OP, and Business Development teams in a dynamic international environment.
• Challenge the status quo with in-depth analysis to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• You will plan manage transports by air, sea, rail and truck for the APAC Region.
• You will work with 3PL/4PL as well as other logistics partners in the field of B2B & B2C.
• You will be responsible for understanding and improving KPIs.
• You will control and manage the 3PLs performance and cost.
• You will find out our processes and system weaknesses and optimize them
• You will work in a dynamic and international environment, and be able to closely collaborate with Finance, Strategic Procurement, Operational Procurement, S&OP, and Business Development Teams.
• You will the challenge the status-quo and provide in depth analysis that provides continuous improvement for operations and the company.

Who we're looking for:

• You have a university degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area
• Relevant internship experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.
• You have strong communication skills
• You have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems
• You are conceptually strong and have a can do mentality
• You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented
• You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills
