Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company in Manila seeks a logistics planner to lead APAC transportation planning across air, sea, rail, and road. You will collaborate with 3PL/4PL partners for B2B and B2C, and drive KPI improvements in a fast-growing, international setting.

The role requires strong English communication, an analytical mindset, and a structured, independent working style to deliver cost-efficient logistics solutions while aligning with Finance and Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area.
• Relevant internship experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems.
• You are conceptually strong and have a can do mentality.
• You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented.
• You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage transports by air, sea, rail and truck for the APAC Region.
• Work with 3PL/4PL as well as other logistics partners in the field of B2B & B2C.
• Be responsible for understanding and improving KPIs.
• Control and manage the 3PLs performance and cost.
• Find out our processes and system weaknesses and optimize them
• Work in a dynamic and international environment, and be able to closely collaborate with Finance, Strategic Procurement, Operational Procurement, S&OP, and Business Development Teams.
• Challenge the status-quo and provide in depth analysis that provides continuous improvement for operations and the company.
