Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role within a SaaS organization.
• Experience coaching or guiding peers and less experienced teammates.
• Evidence of driving customer retention and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers based on signals, tasks, and alerts.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, webinars, and office hours.
• Identify reasons for changes in engagement and determine next steps.
• Build trusted relationships with responsive, consultative interactions.
• Re-engage customers to maximize usage of purchased solutions.
