Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast paced customer service environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing Customer Service environment.
• Experience in an ERP order management environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to phone and email inquiries, including billing issues.
• Input data into the dosimetry database and related customer inquiries and orders.
• Ability to use multiple internal systems to provide quality customer services.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service issues or concerns.
• Take on special projects as assigned.
