EXL Talent Acquisition Team in the Philippines seeks a customer service specialist to interact with customers, provide information, and drive closure on service requests. You will coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure a smooth service experience.

You will handle straightforward issues, escalate complex cases to senior staff, and maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and a positive customer experience for diverse clients.

Formación

• At least 1 year international voice BPO experience.
• Good or above average English communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers and provide them with information and assistance.
• Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests.
• Solve problems, communicate, and promptly handle issues requiring special handling through coordination with various internal departments to find resolution for customer query/issues/concerns.
• Typically handles straightforward problems/issues and refers more complex issues to senior staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by focusing on providing a great experience.
