Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque City is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to deliver white-glove inbound voice and live chat support for Tier-1 enterprise partners, onsite during the day shift. You will handle back-office tasks, transition across channels, maintain Zendesk case accuracy, and escalate complex issues to internal teams while adhering to SOPs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of live phone support in enterprise/regulatory environments.
• Fluency in English and at least one European language (German, French, Italian or Spanish).
• Experience with back-office admin and written email support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-1 inbound voice and live chat support for enterprise partners.
• Handle back-office tasks during non-call periods (claims admin, triage, filing, email support).
• Transition across phone, live chat, email, and admin channels to maintain productivity.
• Maintain accurate Zendesk case data and comply with SOPs and SLAs.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to internal teams with sound judgment.
